Start with the quick checks below. Most verification, linking, and display issues can be fixed without resetting your connection.

The 30-second check

  1. 1Confirm the correct Roblox account is signed in.
  2. 2Refresh the Roblox page.
  3. 3Close and reopen the RoPairly popup.

Troubleshooting

Choose what you need help with

Verification

The verification code is not found

Copy the exact code into your Roblox About section, save the profile, wait a few seconds, and select Verify Now again.

Check: The code must be on the same Roblox account detected in the popup.

Linking

Your link request is not appearing

Make sure both accounts are verified and that the newest linking code was entered before it expired.

Check: Each RoPairly account can have only one linked player.

Our Space

Saved experiences are missing

Refresh Roblox after both players are linked, then reopen Our Space. Confirm that sharing has not been interrupted by an account switch.

Check: The popup should show the same Roblox account currently signed in.

Presence

Your linked player looks offline

Presence updates while RoPairly is active on Roblox and may take a short time to change. Confirm activity sharing is enabled.

Check: Roblox privacy and server availability can limit game details.

Join game

The Join button does not connect

The button works only when Roblox provides valid experience and server information and the server allows the linked player to join.

Check: Roblox may open the account currently signed into the desktop launcher.

Avatar Editor

The linked avatar is not visible

Refresh the Avatar Editor and toggle the linked avatar display once. The viewer follows Roblox’s current 2D or 3D mode.

Check: Public avatar files must finish loading before the viewer appears.
